Hobbies

I am an outgoing nerd, who loves to give the passion I feel for math and science to others. I love to read and write, and am attending The New School for Social Research for a master's degree in Philosophy (hopefully continuing to receive a PhD). I love to teach people mathematics and physics because so often individuals are turned off from these subject due to teachers that are (to be blatantly honest) quite boring. I find an immense amount of beauty and knowledge to be contained in these fields, and conveying why I love the subjects so much through teaching and tutoring has been a passion of mine. I also am a lover of music and have played guitar (blues/rock) for over 8 years. I used to play drums and dabbled with piano. I was in a funk band in Bozeman last year. In Montana I loved to hike and spend time in nature, and now in NYC I love to spend my days exploring the nooks and crannies of this beautiful city.
