I graduated Summa Cum Laude from NYU in 2012 with a double major in Comparative Literature and Romance Languages (French and Spanish). As an undergrad I studied abroad at the University of Paris and at NYU's satellite campus in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I've always been passionate about foreign languages, and I have a strong interest in French, Spanish, and Latin American literature and culture. As a tutor, I try to make the subject matter accessible and engaging, emphasizing the ways in which various concepts can be observed and learned through music, movies, books, newspapers, etc. I also tailor my approach to the student's level of knowledge, personal interests, and reasons for learning the language.
