Private tutor in New York, NY
Mount Holyoke College - Bachelor in Arts, Education, Sociology , New York University - Juris Doctor, Law
I am a licensed teacher of elementary education in the state of Massachusetts. I attended Mount Holyoke College and received a bachelor's degree in Education and also in Sociology. My life has brought me many experiences. I went to Brazil for a while, where I studied Sustainable Agriculture and Portuguese. I have taught children from the preschool level, up to sixth grade. I've been a tutor for students all the way up through high school ages. Elementary sciences and mathematics are my strong suits. However, I am also well-versed in the art of essay crafting. My writing skills are so fine-tuned that I have become published in the Alaska Law Review. I was also an editor at the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law.Currently, I am attending New York University in my third year as a student of law. I focus on environmental and administrative issues in my studies. My desire to read is strong, and I like to try to pique that interest in my students, too. Learning doesn't have to be a drag. It can be as fun and exciting as anything else. Once you find a way to engage your mind, success becomes effortless and your potential cannot be capped.
