I am honest, fun and strict. I am good with children (have 3 beautiful nieces aged 4, 6, and 8 that I play with regularly). I introduce them with study, play and yoga. Their interest in doing Yoga movement is astonishing and I found the movements can help them with their concentration and help to direct their energy into physical activities that are good for their postures. Kids addiction these days with their gadget is a potential health risk by itself.
