Experience

As a student myself, I offer a fresh perspective to the students that I tutor. I'm studying chemistry now at Harvard, and I plan to attend Columbia Medical School following graduation. Much of my tutoring experience comes from tutoring high school students in standardized test preparation and helping college students with math and science classes. I can offer my students help with elementary school math, pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, trigonometry, calculus, AP Calculus AB, chemistry, honors chemistry, organic chemistry, IB Chemistry HL, IB Chemistry SL, life sciences, preparation for the ACT, ISEE, MCAT, SAT, and SAT subject tests including chemistry and mathematics levels 1 and 2. When it comes to standardized tests, I believe that learning the format and popular question types can make a real difference in raising students' scores. I enjoy helping my students transition from disliking a certain subject to becoming passionate about it. Outside of tutoring, I love playing piano, running, reading, and doing outreach around my community.
