Education
I graduated from The University of Pittsburgh with a dual degree in Chinese Studies and Communications Rhetoric. I am now pursuing my Masters degree in Translation at NYU, Mandarin to English. I take classes related to the legal, commercial, marketing, PR, and technical fields.
Experience
I have been taking Mandarin lessons since I was in High School, and have always had a passion for the culture. I understand how difficult it can be to learn a second language. I want to help students of either ESL or Mandarin Chinese to achieve their goals with the least bit of frustration. I have learned what works, what does not work, figured out the best study practices, and have collected a great number of helpful resources for learning these languages.
