I have a dual degree in Russian Literature and Biology from Columbia University. While I was a student I was in a student-run organization called Peer Health Exchange, where I helped teach local high school kids about health and wellness. I am very interested in chemistry, biology, and mathematics, however, I am also well-versed in college standardized exams and literature. I am passionate about conquering new subjects and love to share that passion with others. My love of learning comes from being a part of a family that education is one of the most important things in a person's life. Because I believe in continuing education, I am in the process of applying for medical school and will begin in 2020. I am looking forward to meeting new people and helping them get through the tough concepts they once struggled with. When I am not tutoring, you can find me reading Russian literature, doing yoga, and traveling.
