I have a ton of homework help/tutoring experience. I have been nannying for 10 years for children ages 1-15 and almost all of those jobs have required homework help for the children. I want to be a tutor because I love helping the youth gain knowledge and understanding through one-on-one attention and guidance. I am extremely patient and work at the child's pace. I am a very clear communicator. I will explain the subject matter in different ways until the child understands. I am very good at giving the child funny, clever ways to remember information. I never give the child the answer, only guidance. I work through the material with them until they understand and can come up with their own answer.
