I am pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dramatic Writing with an emphasis on Screenwriting and a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Studies from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. I enjoy tutoring and have tutored students in a variety of subjects at different levels, including English grammar and syntax, public speaking, writing, and reading. In addition to my tutoring experience, I can help students prepare for many of the subjects and levels of the ISEE, PSAT, SSAT, HSPT, ACT, and SAT. I believe that there is no one best way to tutor a student. Each individual learns differently, so I determine the best method for tutoring each of my students. What works for one may not work for another. If one strategy doesn't work, I try another. Either right away or after trying different strategies, I find the one that works for the individual student. I employ creativity and patience to carry out that method. I live in New York City, where I enjoy exploring the city and discovering new cafes. I also have several other hobbies, including reading, writing, practicing yoga, going to movie theaters, biking, and exploring museums.
