I have been teaching ESL, Accent Reduction, and Dialects through my own business Speak the, Speech for several, years. Students include both students and professionals from within the United States and abroad (Skype sessions available). I have also tutored on essays (university and high school), personal statements for college applications, and cover letters. Due to my wide range of clients, I have had to develop curriculums for a variety of age groups and learning curves. This has taught me how to adapt easily and think on my feet within the classroom and working with individuals outside of it. I've been blessed with many influential teachers in my academic life, and I take delight in passing on what they've taught me and seeing my students succeed

I am an avid reader and enjoy attending the many types of theatre that NYC has to offer (from Ballet to Opera to Off-Broadway). I have a deep passion for Shakespeare and have done quite a bit of work with New York Shakespeare Exchange. Street Photography is also a hobby that has developed over the last few years and I'm anxious to continue it's exploration. I also started studying French a few years ago and am hoping to go to Paris for the first time later this year.
