I received my BA in Psychology in 2011 from The Catholic University of America. In 2014, I obtained my MA in Psychology from Pepperdine University. I am now home, in New York, working towards finishing an MFA in Creative Writing from the City College of New York. I am a member of both Pi Gamma Mu: The International Honor Society for the Social Sciences, and Psi Chi: The International Honor Society in Psychology.
Experience
I have worked with youth of all ages in various settings for over 3 years. I have experience tutoring reading, writing, social studies, math, science, spanish, and general after school help for youth and adolescents in grades 1-10. I have also taught SAT classes and have received around 60 hours of ACT/SAT teacher training. I have also graded SAT essays. My resume is available upon request. It is important to note the thing I love about teaching/tutoring is watching some else discover how to enjoy learning.

Hobbies
Hello! In a short couple of sentences my personality can be summed up as such. I am always open to trying something new. I love to cook. I think travel is necessary when possible. I can't go long without skiing or hiking. In my opinion, there are few things greater than book store shopping, except maybe reading those books. I also enjoy dancing, bowling, and being a huge fan of Star Wars and the Mets.
