I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis. I currently live and work in the city and as a life-long learner with tailored experience, I am well-suited to tutor students in a wide range of subject material and instill in them their own joy of and motivation for learning. It is very rewarding for me to help guide students to a full understanding of a subject and reach that moment of complete confidence. Tutoring is also an opportunity to provide assistance to students who are struggling and need that something extra to reach the next level of academic success. Students work hard to glean the most from their studies and I try to be sure they stay proud of their efforts both within and outside the classroom. I am skilled at tutoring in many subject areas including math, reading and writing, essay editing, grammar, history, ACT coursework and test prep, advanced placement courses, government, public speaking, Spanish, literature, and others. My hobbies and interests include reading, dance, and enjoying new foods.
