I am currently in my first year at Columbia University in New York City. I am undecided as to what I want to major in, but I am focusing on film studies and political science. I have been producing films since I was in 8th grade, and I am presently in the Delta Kappa Alpha fraternity, a fraternity for film professionals. I have always thought that politics are absurdly confusing, and this is the reason I choose to focus on political science. I am also passionate about math, even though most of my studies are in the humanities.When I am not studying, I enjoy dancing, including modern, ballet, or fooling around to whatever is playing on the radio. I also faithfully drink tea and exercise by swimming and running.I am excited to be your tutor! My experience, while in high school, included being a mentor for individuals at a workshop for film as well as tutoring on scholastic subjects. I am able to help individuals navigate their way through the perplexing system of college applications. I am passionate about school and learning and want to share this passion with you. I am able to motivate you to reach your goals in any area as well as encourage you along the way. I tutor high school and middle school students in math, essay writing, and preparing for the SAT and ACT tests. I look forward to working with you!
