I have been tutoring math, science, and reading since an undergraduate at Columbia University. I graduated in 2014 when I earned a B.A. in Biological Sciences. In college, I was a volunteer with a tutoring agency on campus, which provided free tutoring to those in need. I was helping first to sixth graders at the time and now I tutor elementary and middle school math, algebra, and biology.Contrary to what others believe, I don't think there's just a single way to solve a math problem. I work to identify how my student approaches the problem, then I hone in on that to help them find a solution. This adds speed and confidence. We work together and the time and patience will pay off.I live in New York City and enjoy baking, reading, and exercising in my spare time.
