Currently, I am studying at the City University of New York School of Law. I earned my degree in American Studies from Fordham University in New York, where I was a cum laude graduate. My tutoring expertise includes several subject areas, such as English, math, history, and public speaking. I have tutored students from the primary grades on up to the secondary levels. I also possess experience in preparing students for success with college entrance exams, including the SAT and the SSAT. I have experience with ESL students and summer tutoring. One of my strengths as a tutor is developing easily recognizable learning goals for students in an effort to aid them in the quest for academic success. I am also able to help students with study skills and organization. When I am not tutoring, I enjoy spending time with my animals; outdoor activities like hiking, reading, watching movies; and gardening.
