Although I have recently left teaching to pursue research opportunities within the city, I am hoping to return to teaching some day. In the meantime, I am looking forward to tutoring students in the five boroughs. I have experience in tutoring and teaching Math and Science at the middle school level (fourth through eighth grade). I have two years of teaching experience with New York City public schools. I am also able to tutor Chemistry and Biology with high school students. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Reed College in Portland, Oregon. Some of my personal interests are hiking, playing sports, and rugby. I also enjoy playing card games.
