I graduated New York University with my undergraduate degree in Urban Design and Sociology. I use scientific reasoning all the time with my job at a climate change think tank, so as a tutor, I love working with my students to help them understand practical applications of their education and reasons to focus on academic excellence. Learning is something that I am very passionate about, as I have applied my expertise in the humanities, math, and science to my current job. I can tutor in a variety of subjects including French, beginner Italian, English, test preparation (Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, and college testing), math and science at all grade levels, and even writing skills. I've gone through many of these academic areas myself in high school and college, so I am not only able to tutor students from the perspective of a teacher, but as a peer who has experience testing into high levels and navigating the education system. I love to help my students study for standardized tests of all kinds, because I have always personally done well in this area. I want all of my students to become successful in their chosen academic areas, so I work hard with them.
