Experience
I have taught private voice and piano lessons through after-school arts program at public high schools and I love teaching music one-on-one. I have also taught at a local community I am so passionate about music whether it is helping a young child learn to draw notes on a staff, or helping prepare a singer or actor for a big audition. I love to help others to gain knowledge and confidence in music and to contribute to the expansion of their skills and development. Relevant classes I have taken are: vocal repertoire, vocal literature, vocal pedagogy, piano proficiencies, music theory, music history, composition, conducting, aria-monologue, acting on the operatic stage, opera history. I have participated in many different masterclasses with wonderful musicians and technicians. I have participated in benefit concerts around the country and I perform locally in New York City. I am a member of the Boston Byzantine Choir performing chant in different languages and I am the associate conductor for St. Gregory's Orthodox Church in Manhattan.
