Education
I did my undergrad at NYU and my graduate degree in special education at Touro College. My NY State teaching license will be renewed by September 2015.
Experience
I was a teacher in a NYC high school for at-risk students, and I have several years of experience as a tutor for both elementary. My work has been mainly in ELA and social studies, but I can tutor elementary math as well. I'm very patient with kids, never raising my voice or getting irritated. Experience has taught me that not all kids learn the same way, so patience is paramount.
