Hi! My name is Nathan, and I'm a recent college graduate from Dartmouth College. I managed to finish with a 3.8 GPA, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in engineering. I grew up on the Upper West Side and went to Hunter College High School. I've always had an interest in numbers, although I also have always enjoyed studying subjects in the humanities.
Experience
In college, I tutored fellow students in calculus and physics. Then since graduating, I've been tutoring a bunch of middle and high school students in math and physics. My students have been happy with me as a tutor so far, and have said I'm patient and I'm a good listener, and a creative teacher. I think that it also helps that I have a thorough understanding of high school math and physics concepts, since they kept coming up in my engineering studies. I enjoy teaching the building blocks!
