Experience
I am a Math tutor with experience teaching students from elementary school age to grown adults returning to pursue their education. I attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where I received my Bachelor of Science in Physics and Humanities. With this degree, I focused on Theatre Arts. I have taught for various Technology and Art camps, as well as seminars. I have experience teaching all forms of Algebra, and can also teach Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and Trigonometry. For me, the most rewarding part of being a tutor is helping people reach their full potential and succeed. I understand that everyone learns at their own pace and in different ways, and I make sure to find the best way to help my students understand the material being presented to them. Besides tutoring, I am involved with performing arts and I especially love writing new show tunes. I love musical theatre, and I believe that love comes from my fondness for cartoons as well as video games. Though I love to play games and listen to musical scores, I am devoted to my students and they will always come first. I look forward to working with my students and helping them understand new concepts!
