I want to be a tutor because I enjoy teaching people certain things and I feel satisfied when someone is able to learn something new or feel good about themselves learning how to play a new song or chord or get the muscle memory down for a new scale. It soothes my soul to bring happiness and joy by teaching people passionate about learning music. I learned music theory and ear training from age 10 at Manhattan School of Music and then studied at Jacobs School of Music. I also learned classical piano and percussion from Manhattan School of Music and Jacob School of Music. I have been doing music my whole entire life. Some personal music accomplishments were getting accepted to MSM, Jacob's School of Music and playing in Lincoln Center with the ISO symphony orchestra. I am very easy going with a serious side when it comes to learning. I also have my own techniques and ways of making tutoring fun for both you and me, and to maximize learning potential.
