Education

I earned my PhD from Columbia University in 2004. While there I developed reactions which were applied to total synthesis. I have published several papers in the chemical literature, and have both attended and presented at many symposia. Prior to my graduate work I earned a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Maryland in 1999, graduating magna cum laude.

Experience

I have been a full time teacher and tutor for over ten years, working with high school and college students in all areas of chemistry. I specialize in standardized test prep, study skills, regular homework help, and work with whatever my students needs happen to be to help them become a better student.
