Currently a full-time 3rd grade General and Special Education teacher in the South Bronx in 4th year of teaching. I am trained in intervention programs including Stern Structural Arithmetic, Leveled Literacy Instruction, and Wilson's FUNdations. I love working with learners at all levels and have been teaching or tutoring for over 10 years! I have a proven track record of results, both personally and in my classrooms. I achieved a score of 5 on 13 AP exams, received a 2360 on my SATs, and graduated top in my class from all degree programs. I have made over 2 years' growth with some of my students in the past, including those with learning disabilities.
