I received my mathematics degree from Wesleyan University in May 2010. My math courses include: Calculus (I, II, multivariable), Vectors and Matrices, Differential Equations, Real Analysis, Complex Analysis, Abstract Algebra, and Probability. Recently I have decided to switch careers from education to pursue a career in nursing.

ACADEMIC Promise Academy High School Mathematics Teacher • Provided instruction to students on Geometry, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, and Calculus/Statistics. • Instruct students, create lesson plans, assign and correct homework, manage 20-25 students in the classroom, communicate with parents and help students prepare for standardized testing • Develop material and handouts for other teachers to assist future students with state exams. • Participated in multidisciplinary meetings in order to collaborate to better serve students.
