Experience
I believe in tutoring my students by focusing on their needs, as well as doing some lecturing as needed. I like to get my students to think on their feet, and I lead many of our sessions by asking questions. I also like to use visual aids to help my students understand what we are learning. I have tutored many students from K-12th grade, especially those from middle school to high school. I love to help students in the Math and Science subject areas, but I offer tutoring in many different subjects.I work with students in Algebra 1-4, Geometry, Elementary and Middle School Math, Precalculus, Trigonometry, Chemistry, Essay Editing, College Essays, Regents, Biochemistry, Pre-Algebra, College Algebra, Developmental Algebra, General Chemistry, General Biology, AP Biology, Elementary and Intermediate Algebra, and a wide variety of test prep help, including for the ACT, PSAT, and SAT.I am a medical student at the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at CCNY. Once I have completed my seven-year program here, I will have earned a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine.Outside of school, I love to take it easy and listen to music, as well as practice photography and spend time with my family.
