Now a senior, working towards my Economics degree, at St. John's University, I have been tutoring fellow students there starting in my first semester. I helped with various subject areas in the Language Center. My specialties include Economics and Spanish but I can also help with middle school math. I find it enjoyable to work with people originating from various backgrounds and cultures. One on one tutoring improves student performance more than anything else.I work with the student's strengths and do my best to ensure they know what is asked of them. In my line of work, I have found that everyone has a different approach to learning, which requires teachers to find a different method of teaching each person. I believe there is a way to solve a difficulty regardless of what it is.Aside from working and tutoring, I enjoy sports, music, and traveling to new places. I currently live in Jamaica, New York.
