Hello, my name is Jillian, and I am located in New York City, where I attend New York University. I am a Presidential Honors Scholar, and I have had the opportunity to sit for a number of important exams including the SAT, ACT, and several AP tests. I began tutoring my fellow students in mathematics when I was in high school, and have worked in a bilingual public elementary school here in New York. In my free time I enjoy theatre and playing piano and flute.I am committed to sharing my knowledge and experiences to the benefit of others. I love watching students gain skill and confidence. I find it helpful to view mathematics problems as puzzles, and I bring this point of view to my tutoring sessions.
