Education

University at Albany - BA, English Literature , NYU - MS, Speech-Language Pathology

Experience

As a high schooler attending Manhattan's Stuyvesant High School, I specialized in Science and Math. I went on to attend University at Albany to study English Literature, graduating magna cum laude. At the moment, I am studying Speech-Language Pathology so I can earn a master's degree from NYU; I selected this subject because I love language and have a strong feeling that I should help others. My career goal is to help special needs children in school. While attending school now, I'd also like to give back to my community, so I enjoy helping students in the area to reach success in academics. It is so rewarding. I have worked with students at every level, and my specialty is tutoring math up to high school, such as Algebra. My current studies have led to my interest in tutoring phonics, reading, and writing.I am also available for tutoring in preparation for general subject specialized tests such as the SAT, PSAT, and GRE. It is my hope that I can encourage any student to fulfill their highest potential.
