I am currently a student at New York University. I tutor students in English, French, writing, reading, geography, phonics, literature, grammar and mechanics, social studies and art. I can assist students with tutoring during the summer, writing college essays, and preparing for tests such as the SAT.I believe that learning can be an enriching and exciting experience. Not all students can learn properly in a large classroom. However, tutoring allows a unique one-on-one experience. By learning about the individual, I can better tailor my approach to each individual student. By doing this, I can also learn how to better prepare them for the future. I enjoy being able to be there for a student as they go through the learning process. I know that with knowledge, anybody can change their life for the better.
