I have been teaching for seven years, and as a teacher, I believe it is important to find a way to present the material in such a way that the student can relate to it. I have taught a wide range of students, from kindergartners to seniors, where I have taught online, in the classroom, and in one-on-one settings. Through my experience, I have learned the importance of adapting my teaching styles to accommodate the individual's interests and needs. For students to succeed, they must be motivated through exciting and interesting material. My goal, as a teacher, is to help students understand the material rather than just memorize answers.I have a flexible teaching style, which changes to suit each student's learning capabilities. Ultimately, I believe that it is the teacher's job to accommodate the student, and not the other way around. When teaching a lesson, I am mindful of the student's strengths, and I design my content in such a way that highlights these areas. In addition, I focus on building my students' confidence, so they will become more successful overcoming their challenges independently.The relationship between the student and the tutor must have consideration and mutual respect. Taking on the role of an educator is a big responsibility, and one must be serious about their commitment as a teacher.
