Experience

For the past 10 years, I have used the knowledge I gained doing a PhD in nuclear physics at Yale, and BAs in mathematics and physics atthe University of Pennsylvania to help students of all ages and level achieve their academic goals. I have taught courses at the college level in physics, and have extensive tutoring experience in all levels of mathematics, physics, and chemistry. I also help students prepare for the SAT I and SAT II subject tests, as well as the ACT. My current full-time job in medical physics makes me unique as a tutor. My enthusiasm is constantly renewed in my job, and this helps me instill a sense of wonder as well as practical usefulness to my students. I tutor in the early evenings and weekends. I can also provide references upon request.
