Hobbies

I have been an instructor of Chinese martial arts for over a decade, and worked with ages ranging from four years old up through the mid-sixties. I've also taught classes on mindfulness meditation designed to help develop a greater sense of focus and personal awareness, as well as reducing stress and anxiety. I'm currently combining these interests in my Master's program by studying the neurological processes involved with mindfulness practices and how they help improve one's cognitive functions.
