I am now focusing on my graduate degree in South Asian Studies. I attend Columbia University. Previously, I went to school at New College of Florida to get my BA in History. I hope to be a professor someday and I consider myself to always be a student, myself. I have worked as a tutor with a variety of students. This includes tutoring elementary school students and graduate students. I have also worked with individuals who have learning disabilities. I can help with many subjects, but my most favorite are reading, history, literature, writing, and reading comprehension. I have also helped students with their standardized test preparation and have helped specifically with the verbal content. My favorite topic of all is history. I also strongly enjoy foreign language work. This helps me do well teaching English reading and comprehension to my students.When I'm not working or studying my own coursework, I like to spend time at the park with my dog. I also love to shop for used books, as I'm an avid reader. I enjoy hiking and camping.I'm ready to help you take your learning to the next level. Let's work together so that you can reach your goals.
