Experience

I love teaching others. I have found that adaptability, encouragement, empathy, and patience are the elements that create a good tutor. The subjects that I enjoy tutoring the most are English, drama, music, voice, math, and writing. I also tutor several other subjects including science, history, public speaking, and geography.Since 2005, I have been with the New York City public school system as a teaching artist. I have numerous years of experience teaching special needs students, primarily students on the autism spectrum.I earned my bachelor's degree in Music Business from New York University. I studied voice for fifteen years and trained at the Tom Burke Voice Studio in the Estill Voice Method. I am available to teach private voice lessons. In my free time, I enjoy web design, writing songs, music, and watching movies.
