About me, as a tutor: I am passionate about Math and believe that with the right approach, math can be enjoyable for anyone. The key to creating a successful math student is through teaching with patience and with the ability to understand exactly what a student needs. I find that within a few weeks of instruction, my students gain confidence, motivation, and preparedness, which is reflected not just in higher math grades, but also in an improved overall performance in school. I have over 10 years of experience and am currently working as a tutor at Queens College's Math Lab, where I provide students with homework help and clarification in concepts from the variety of math courses taught at the college. Rates: $60/hour $100/2-hour session
