While completing a degree in history, I worked as a research assistant at the Smithsonian Institution National Museum of Natural History and completed two competitive research fellowships. After graduating, I accepted a Fulbright Teaching Fellowship abroad, teaching English at high school and university levels, working with the United States Embassy to develop ESL programs and producing interactive educational media. Since then, I have worked in literary representation at William Morris Endeavor and currently, in feature film and Broadway producing. I regularly volunteer with Story Pirates, a creative writing program for children.
