I worked for the University Writing Center in graduate school as an editor/tutor. The job consisted of one-on-one sessions with students needing help organizing, writing and editing their essays, term papers, theses and/or dissertations. The subject area does not matter. I can help with any paper on any topic. I currently work in the editorial department of a book publishing company in Manhattan.

If the assignment is an essay or paper of any sort, the subject does not matter. But I have a MA in English, so in terms of content tutoring, I would be best suited with literature. But the majority of the essay tutoring I have done has been with papers not related to literature or English.
