I went to Cornell University to earn my bachelor's degree in music. I currently work in a prep school as the assistant director. As a tutor, I mostly help students with reading comprehension or critical reading sections of assessment exams, but I also can help students with science and math topics. I believe every student learns differently, so I work with students at their pace to help them learn based on their needs. I also provide support and I encourage students along the way, but I do challenge them so that they are continually making progress. This helps students stay motivated and having fun while they learn. When I have free time, I like to play the violin, jog, snowboard, and travel.
