When I was in high school at Phillips Academy (Andover), I was a tutor in the school's peer tutoring program. In college and after college, I also tutored high school students on analytical writing and beginner French. In terms of writing, what I enjoy doing most is advising students on their college essays. It is the most important platform for the candidate to convince why he/she are a good fit for the school and it's important to get it right. I love walking students through the thought process behind writing a good essay and reviewing their work so they can present themselves in the best, most representative way possible.
