I am a tutor with a wide array of subjects and topics I can teach, with a primary focus in English and the Humanities. I have over six years of experience teaching young/child students, middle and high schoolers, and adults as well. I also tutor English as a first language students (TOEFL) preparing to pass their certification. I work with students one-on-one or in small groups, but I am also experienced in tutoring and supporting students in an online and remote format. I am comfortable in either setting. I am currently employed as an Education Specialist assisting and advising students in professional development in the United States and Southeast Asia. My areas of expertise cover and include Geography, Health Education, Accounting, Resume Creation, Interview Preparation, Writing/Grammar, and Test Preparation. I received my Master of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill, and work as an English Instructor. When I am not teaching/tutoring, I enjoy living an active lifestyle, cheering on my local college sports teams, playing piano and guitar, shopping, and spending a night in just watching Netflix.
