Education

College of William & Mary - BS, Neuroscience

Experience

I went to the College of William and Mary to receive my bachelor's degree in neuroscience. I received honors from the department and minored in Latin. I can tutor a number of different subjects, but my specialties are test preparation for SAT math, and middle school level life sciences, algebra, and pre-algebra. As a tutor, I want to become every students friend and mentor, and also good examples for my students. My goal is to have more women interested in STEM subjects and careers. I believe that women can be successful in whatever they pursue, and that they should be comfortable in fields dominated by men. I can also help students learn biology, physics, essay writing and editing, geometry, and others. When I have free time, I like to ski, sail, do yoga, read, and drink iced coffee.
