Experience
Tutoring, for me, has always been something that I do because I enjoy helping others. It is also a way to solidify the concepts that I have learned throughout my education. This reaffirmation is important for my career, as I am currently doing research in biology at a molecular level. More specifically, my research has been at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute. I have also done research in partnership with the medical school at Harvard and Case Western. In terms of education, I have a bachelor's degree from Baldwin Wallace College. My major was in political science and biology. After completing my undergraduate degree, I went on to earn a master's in global health from the University of Boston. Since starting college, I have been helping my fellow classmates at all levels of biology, mathematics, engineering, and writing. I have always had a drive to succeed academically. Additionally, I feel that I have a responsibility to use my learning and teaching ability to improve the world in terms of scientific advancement and education. In my free time, I read about public health news, travel the world, relax with family, and do research. I always look forward to tutoring someone new and helping them reach their goals.
