Experience
I went to Swarthmore College and earned a bachelor's degree in engineering and another in political science. I then went on to Rutgers, where I earned my graduate degree in city and regional planning. I had the opportunity as a graduate student to teach undergraduates, and my favorite aspect was assisting students in becoming critical thinkers. As a tutor, I want to help students hone their problem-solving and analytical skills so they can become self-sufficient learners and put themselves in the position for success. I enjoy helping students with preparation for the AP government exam, AP human geography exams, and the SAT. I can also help students with civil and environmental engineering, social studies, math, AP statistics, and AP comparative government and politics. I'm currently working professionally as a city planner. When I find some free time, I enjoy playing the trumpet as a member of some classical music groups and exploring cities.
