Experience
I've tutored students of all age groups in New York City. I like to help students with exams, reading, writing, and their homework. The focus is to create core skills, so students will have the resources they need to succeed. Quality tutoring is a foundational aspect of student success. Every student deserves the opportunity to achieve their highest potential. My philosophy is to create a comfortable environment for each student, with a sound strategy that encourages the student through any challenge. The academic experience can be fun and rewarding.I graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering. I work with students for whom English is a second language and will soon have a teacher's certification in TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages). One day I will teach English and Environmental Science. I'm extroverted and enjoy meeting new people. I like walking my dog, Bikram yoga, reading, hiking, and exploring New York City.
