I believe that mathematics and numbers are essential to everyday life and that a strong base of knowledge and understanding is necessary for every student. I work hard to ensure that my tutoring sessions are a friendly and enjoyable environment where my students are comfortable learning. I want my students to feel free to ask me question about what they are learning, because I feel that is the best way to learn. Although I tutor a variety of subjects related to math, my specialty is with the academic writing process. Currently, I am in my junior year at the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College. I am completing a major in Statistics and minors in both Computer Science and Creative Writing. During my free time, I enjoy basketball, table tennis, and writing.
