I have five years of experience teaching AP level Physics, and have been tutoring students for over seven years. I recently graduated from Cornell University with a major in Physics and a minor in Math. As a tutor, I do my best to teach by using examples and helping students truly understand the core concepts and material as a whole. I feel that it is important that students go beyond merely memorizing the equations, but instead gain a thorough understanding which will help them with testing or further study.I am able to tutor students in many subjects, including Algebra I, Algebra II, Arithmetic, Precalculus, Calculus I, Geometry, Differential Equations, and Physics. I also love helping students prepare for testing, such as the PSAT, SAT, ACT, GRE, and ISAT. I cover not only the subjects of the tests, but also help students learn strategies for successful testing. Aside from my love for Physics and Math, I also love playing soccer and basketball and listening to music.
