EducationPrinceton University - Bachelor of Arts, History
ExperienceAfter graduating from Princeton University with a major in History, I began roles as a certified Mathematics instructor and member of the Teach For America corps. I have extensive experience tutoring younger students and teens in areas of mathematics from algebra, geometry, and trigonometry to Advanced Placement calculus, reading, writing, European and American history (I earned a perfect score on AP history exams), biology, and SAT and ACT standardized test preparation. I have also tutored graduate and PhD-level students in Latin language and prose courses as well. I completed a lengthy history thesis at Princeton and that experience alone honed my tutoring skills for that subject and writing extended papers in clear and concise ways. I have a natural way with people and committed ability to engage effective teaching processes to winning results. I am amicable and keep a good sense of humor, and am confident and motivated to help people realize their academic goals. My outside interests include dance, reading, and time with friends.
HobbiesI love to read, dance, tutor, and hang out with friends
