I attended Tufts University and earned my bachelor's degree in math. I was able to graduate cum laude, and I also took many science courses on the premed track. As a tutor, I have seven years of experience working with students of different ages and abilities. When I work with a student, I find out what they are interested in, and then I relate topics to those interests. This helps keep students engaged in the subject and helps them better understand ideas, while also helping retention. Beyond just explaining subject matter in improving a student's understanding, I also encourage the student to like the subject as well. I am looking forward to helping students with algebra, calculus, differential equations, precalculus, trigonometry, biology, chemistry, and other related topics. In my free time, I enjoy music, photography, cooking, traveling, and juggling.
