Experience
I am a former middle school teacher with a Masters degree in Elementary Education looking for a tutoring position in the afternoons (some weekends and weeknights available.) I am currently a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Student at Columbia University and am seeking part-time work. I taught all subjects when I was a teacher in Washington, DC, but specialized in math and science. As a result of my students' achievements in the classroom I was named Teacher of the Year in my first year of teaching. In addition to my teaching duties, I was a member of the data team and created exams based on the district testing standards.
